On the morning of yesterday, April 29, 2025, the regular meeting of the General Assembly of the United Bank for Trade and Investment was held, with the attendance of the esteemed shareholders, members of the Board of Directors, the General Manager of the bank, the representative of the Central Bank of Libya, as well as members of the Sharia Supervisory Board and the bank’s external auditors.
All items listed in the General Assembly meeting announcement were discussed, most notably the approval of the Board of Directors' and Executive Management's reports on the bank's activities, and the approval of the balance sheet and final accounts for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024.
The General Assembly successfully completed all its activities in accordance with the approved agenda and items.
