Why the United Bank?

The United Bank witnessed a great focus by the Human Resources Department in the bank, and this interest was evident by adding new and young elements in various leadership positions, including: - Risk Management Dept., Corporate Department, Retail Management, Treasury Management, Audit Department.

The Human Resources Department provided interest in training by opening an advanced training center in the general administration building, as well as developing the productive capacity of employees by nominating them for specialized internal training courses and sending them in an abroad training courses to the branches of the United Bank in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Kingdom of Bahrain and foreign countries (Tunisia, Turkey, Jordan) to raise the efficiency of bank’s employees.

A safe entry system for the bank and attendance & departure registration was installed by way of matching the fingerprint of all employees and following it up by the General Administration, as well as implementing the annual performance evaluation system and incentives for the bank’s employees with giving annual bonuses to employees according to the annual performance evaluation.

On the other hand, the Human Resources Department introduced a new advanced information management system to enable the use of the department's information and circulate same in a safe manner, saving the time factor and the optimal use of the database in the areas of evaluation and development.

Through the business plan, the bank gives great importance to the Human Resources Management to develop and restructuring the administration, where it focuses on providing the most important needs of employees and providing international training programs that effectively contribute to the development of the current cadres as well as attracting of fresh and distinguished graduation elements.
