The Board of Directors of the United Bank for Commerce and Investment cordially invites all esteemed shareholders of the Bank to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Bank’s Head Office located in Tripoli. The meeting will address the following agenda items:

Item 1:
Review and approval of the reports of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management regarding the Bank’s activities for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024.

Item 2:
Review of the external auditors’ reports for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024.

Item 3:
Review of the report of the Fatwa and Sharia Supervisory Board for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024.

Item 4:
Approval of the balance sheet and final accounts for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024.

Item 5:
Approval of the Board of Directors’ proposal regarding the distribution of profits for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024.

Item 6:
Discharge of the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024.

Item 7:
Appointment of external audit firms to audit the Bank’s accounts for the year 2025 and determination of their fees.

Notes:

• All financial statements are available for review at the Bank’s Head Office in the Mansoura area, Tripoli.

• Attendance registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will close at 9:50 a.m. on the day of the meeting.

• Attendance by proxy requires a signed authorization from the shareholder along with a valid personal identification of the proxy.

• Attendance on behalf of legal entities requires an official authorization letter from the entity, a valid copy of the commercial registration certificate, and the personal identification of the authorized representative.
